The second step of UTI humanitarian campaign – Siriu, Buzau

As the nightmare of pouring rains and floods has spread over the entire country, UTI offered support by helping the villagers of Siriu, Buzau county. The area was affected by landslides caused by the recent heavy rains.

UTI Group subsidiaries – UTI Oltenia and UTI Brasov – as well as their employees – joined this humanitarian campaign by donating money. These sums of money were personally handed by the UTI Group delegate to the villagers.

The trip to Buzau was organized by the Image and Public Relations Department of UTI Group on June 9, 2005.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.

On October 5, 2023, the TIU Group celebrates 33 years of continuous activity in the Romanian and South-Eastern European markets, estimating a record consolidated turnover.
