UTI has started the collaboration with Raiffeissen Bank Romania in 2009. UTI is in charge with all technical aspects for 405 of Raiffeissen Bank subsidiaries country-wide, cumulating more than 200,000 square meters.

• The security systems: alarms, fire detection, access control, CCTV, break-in detection
• The telecommunications systems
• Building maintenance and building behavior monitoring
