UTI Systems’ participation at “Safe Horizons – Shielding NATO Aircraft” exhibition

UTI Systems Inc., a UTI Group company, showed at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels the SIS-UM (air-lift mobile security system for deployed forces), as part of the exhibition Safe Horizons – Protecting NATO Aircraft Against Ground Rockets Attacks.

UTI was one of the 25 companies from 10 countries whose technologies were selected to attend the show. The exhibition was part of the program of the Conference of National Directors for Armament (CNAD) of the NATO nations.

UTI’s solution was highly appreciated by visitors, including NATO Deputy Secretary General Marshall Billingsley, the Romanian National Director for Armaments, Deputy Minister Ion Ioan, and the heads and members of the delegations of the other NATO countries.

SIS-UM is an UTI Systems internally developed product that is already in service with the Romanian Armed Forces. Ongoing effort is underway to develop the next generation SIS-UM.
