certSIGN launches Trust4Mobile, the first Romanian call and message encryption app
certSIGN launches, at the Communication Day event, the Trust4Mobile app – a security solution for mobile terminals (smartphones and tables) that ensures communication protection by using digital certificates and PKI technologies.
The spectacular growth of mobile device use is a natural consequence of its advantages. Yet most users pay little to no attention to the security of information sent via these devices.
Trust4Mobile provides real time encryption in order to prevent discrediting calls or text messages, allowing organizations, corporations or natural persons to exchange information in a secure manner, without investing in costly security infrastructure equipment.
If, in the case of data saved on computers, most organizations use encryption technologies, mobile phones are permanently exposed to cyberattacks.
“The security of information sent via mobile devices is a hot topic, and our role is to educate users about the risks they are exposed to, in order to provide them with viable protective solutions.

Trust4Mobile is an innovative, non-intrusive solution that is easy to install and use on mobile terminals, providing the user with total control over the components that ensure the protection of their device. The application uses advance encryption technologies, based on public key infrastructures.
Digital certificates and session keys, generated for each call initiated or text message sent, are stored on smart cards or, according to the user’s preference, on the mobile device.
