UTI Grup announces strategic changes in the management team
The aim of these changes is to expand the contact portfolio and maintain the operational stability of the company by promoting to key senior management positions several members of the UTI team with exceptional performance and experience in the company.
Starting with April 2014, Mihai Grădinaru will be General Manager of the Systems Branch of UTI Grup, Ioan Cordoș will be General Manager of the IT Systems Business Line, while Tudor Popescu will be Business Development Manager.
The promotion of the three to key positions ensures the continuity of the company’s activities at a strategic and operational level and will imprint an accelerated business development dynamic, states Tiberiu Urdăreanu, UTI President.
Mihai Grădinaru is one of the most experimented employees, he understands and has in-depth knowledge of UTI businesses, is passionate about research and development and has a wonderful experience in the development of international businesses. As General Manager of the Systems Branch, Mihai Grădinaru will be part of the company’s Board of Directors and will coordinate commercial, business development and research & development activities.
Ioan Cordoș is a prominent persona of Romanian IT, with a vast experience in the development of IT products and systems. Mr. Cordoș will put his professional maturity and lengthy experience in IT to good use in order to coordinate the activity of the IT Systems business line.
Tudor Popescu has covered the entire UTI hierarchical chain, from software developer up to General Manager of the Systems Branch. His remarkable sales and business development qualities, his creativity and experience in the operational area as well as in the field of client relations have propelled him to the position of Business Development Manager.
